REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchases made through Perspectives Plus™ involve digital content and/or subscription-based access to proprietary research and analytical materials.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

1. Digital Reports & One-Time Purchases

All digital reports, downloadable materials, and analytical publications are non-refundable once access or delivery has been granted.

Digital products cannot be returned or revoked after delivery.
Accordingly, no refunds or exchanges are provided.

2. Monthly Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees provide access to exclusive digital content and analytical materials.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

However:

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
No refunds will be issued after a renewal charge has processed.

Access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact:

Verified billing errors will be corrected at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Permanent restriction from future purchases

We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

5. Discretionary Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.
